In addition to your GlobalMax professional Sales Team, spread geographically across key areas in America, and our Marketing Team in California and Maryland, we can also offer any or all of the following capabilities:
24 x 7 Customer Service
GlobalMax provides our partners with live customer support, giving your North American customers an immediate live person to talk to, anytime during business hours in each time zone across North America. If all phone lines are busy, we call back within minutes, not hours or days. Giving your customers the world’s best one-on-one service is the best way we can make your product sales grow fast.
Technical Support
GlobalMax provides what we call “First-Level” technical support on all products we sell. We strive to technically learn about your products so we can handle most of the (FAQ’s) Frequently Asked-type Questions that can normally comprise more than 75% of all technical calls. If we can’t solve the problem, we graciously ask the customer to wait for more feedback, then send out immediate emails and texts to your designated Tech Support person. If needed, we follow-up with a phone or video call to you within the next 12 hour period and then create a problem resolution strategy that meets or exceeds most ISO9001 requirements for product support. Most importantly, our Technical Support is there to the end, working with your headquarters-based support team until each problem is resolved and the customer is satisfied. When customers know there is a responsive, local person they can call on anytime, they will be more apt to wait patiently until the problem is resolved. No angry customer posts on the Internet results in better sales!

GlobalMax Employee Consultation Services
GlobalMax can assign one of our team members to work full time or part time for you, as a consultant/employee. Your cost is usually only 20% to 30% of the total cost incurred if you hired your own employee to work out of their home. If you wish, this person can take on a title like your District Sales Manager, or other similar title, with your corporate business cards. At the same time this gives your company expanded access to the full complement of services that GlobalMax can provide. Inventory/Warehousing
GlobalMax can provide the same type of distribution services provided by large, well-known electronic distributors. We can hold small amounts of “bonded inventory” that belongs to you, but is readily available in our warehouse in California, for same day shipment to key customers. This allows us to put samples in prospective customers hands in 24 hours, cover all inventory needs during the sales ramp-up phase, respond the same day with replacement parts to keep customers happy, and to keep products ready at all times for back-up inventory in case of unexpected sales surges. These unique, free, and valuable inventory/warehousing services keep our partner’s costs to a minimum, and reduces the high-overhead practice of having to recycle inventory. At all times you know how much inventory we have, and you can replenish it with lower-cost, bulk shipments rather than expensive, last minute air shipments. Everyone wins—Your customers, Your Company, and it allows GlobalMax to be more responsive.
Product Design Services
GlobalMax Team Members have created and written large numbers of PRD’s and MRD’s. In fact, we hold several patents on products we have created. Our Product Team has many years of experience, and through their contacts can link our partners up to some of the most innovative new technological products, on an ongoing basis. In fact, we currently have two design projects in process . . . one for an incredible LED light bulb solution, and another for a remarkable smartphone technology accessory. Some of our Asian partners use GlobalMax during their product creation phase to insure all features will work well and sell well in the America’s. GlobalMax has extensive experience selling products to Spanish, Portuguese and French markets. If you take the time to design in the right technology, features, packaging, and promotion into these markets upfront, you will reap tremendous benefits. Thinking ahead like this can double or even triple the TAM (Total Available Market) for your products.

GlobalMax Team members have written dozens of the technical manuals and documents for some of the largest companies in America. We have the templates that customers and OEM’s have come to expect. This is paramount when trying to sell to the largest and most prestigious OEM’s and Retailers.
